We have a dedicated team that ensures every item in your order is carefully packed and reviewed before dispatch. To maintain fairness and clarity for both our customers and our brand, we follow the exchange and refund guidelines outlined below.

  • An incorrect item was delivered
  • The item arrived broken or damaged
  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered

 

Reporting an Issue:

If you notice any issue with your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Customers are required to provide clear photos and/or videos showing the product anc its packaging. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

 

Conditions for Approval:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of vintage and curated pieces, minor variations in color, glaze, or finish are not considered defects.

 

Non-Eligible cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Dislike of the product after delivery
  • Natural imperfections characteristic of vintage or handcrafted items

 

How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

To request an exchange or refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the required photo or video proof. Our team will carefully review your submission and confirm whether your order qualifies for an exchange or compensation.

 

Resolution & Compensation:

Approved cases may be resolved through a replacement or 100% balance credit with Vintage Vault Living. Your balance credit can be used to select any other item of your choice from our collection. This approach provides a flexible and seamless way to resolve any issues.

All exchange and refund requests are subject to verification and final approval by our team. Vintage Vault Living reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters, while ensuring both customer satisfaction and the careful handling of our delicate and curated items.
